Chances are that multiple times throughout your life you've wanted to "be healthier." You get this idea in your head and maybe you try out a fad diet or workout for a couple days or buy the newest superfood on the market. And just like that, time after time you stop dieting after a week, your gym membership collects dust, and after a couple maca powder smoothies the bag sits and expires. And every time it happens you are more and more discouraged, unsure if you'll ever truly be able to achieve this mystical "healthy" lifestyle you yearn for. After multiple failed attempts, knowing where to start can be the hardest part. That's why I am here to help coach you through it.
I myself have been in those shoes many times. The driving factor almost 100% of the time? My appearance. What others saw when they looked at me, what I saw when I looked at me. Even when I was eating at my "healthiest" I still wasn't happy with what I saw. Even when I was forcing myself to work out daily I still wasn't happy with what I saw. Why?
Because my mind and my actions weren't in the right place.
Being healthy isn't just what you eat and if/how you exercise. It is so much more than that. To me, being healthy is knowing that with each decision you make you have your best interests in mind. That you eat your vegetables in the tastiest of ways, not just boiled and boring and bland. That you let yourself have some drinks with friends that leads to a 1am slice of pizza or two every now and then. That you simply move your body just a little every day. That you stimulate your mind in the process. And the main factor I have found in anyone who truly feels healthy is that most of the time they cook for themselves.
I am confident that you can get to a place where you feel healthy, whatever that means to you. I can help get you there! We will start with assessing your current lifestyle, what it is that you most want to change and why, what your fears are surrounding those goals, and how confident you feel in the kitchen. From there the approach varies from person to person! No two people are the same. Even if you have the same end goal the paths taken will look different. These things don't happen overnight. It will take some collaborative work, accountability, and practice over time.

Though the suggested payment is $25 per each 45 minute session, my policy is pay what you can and what you think it is worth. The most important thing to me is that we strike a balance and you feel proud of yourself. On top of that, the consultation is free, no matter what.

So, IN A NUTSHELL, HOW DOES THIS WORK?
- You decide to go for it! Contact me with a brief overview of your goals. You may use the form below or in the contact tab.
- I say hello! I'll also send you a consultation form to fill out and work with you on when works best to have your initial consultation.
- We schedule your consultation, either by video call or phone call (your choice), and you send me your completed consultation form at least 24 hours before we meet.
- We have your consultation! We review the information you've provided me with, chat to see that we vibe, come up with some ways we can work together, and you decide to go for it!
- We schedule your sessions. Recommended minimum time is 3 months, though ideally 6 months of working together. Remember - real change doesn't happen overnight. While these recommendations are in place, sometimes all you need is advice, therefore one-off sessions and shorter term commitments are also available. We can discuss what is best for you during the consultation.
- We meet, again by video or phone call, every two weeks. I'll give you suggestions, we will create small steps to work on together, and we will track your progress.
- Time is up! You're done! You're feeling amazing (because you are amazing)! You accomplished what you worried you might never be able to. And you're never looking back.
- Consultation is always FREE!
- Suggested payment of $25 per 45 minute session.
- We can always discuss your financial situation if this seems troublesome for you. If you think it has been worth more to you than that and you are financially able, then thank you! There is a reason the payment amount is suggested - it's totally flexible.
- Program length depends on you, though I will make my recommendation based on your goals.

- Ideal length of program 6 months (12 sessions)
